MY STORY
Food is one of the most sincere and primitive ways to share love. It is something essential and is something necessary to have in our daily lives. Wether we are alone, with partners, family, or friends, food is the bond that brings us together.
My passion is nurturing fruits and vegetables from seed to harvest. I raise animals to ensure they are humanely raised and cared for. I seek vegetable, fruits, and animals that can produce the most satisfying and delicious food. With a passion for these ingredients and food, I thrive to create a unique culinary experience for my customers.
MY HISTORY
I am an Argentinian-born chef with passion and love for cooking in a style close to my roots, with the fruits of the farm transformed by open-fire cooking. I trained and work in classical culinary techniques top restaurants in Argentina, Brazil, France and the USA. I know currently resided in Jacksonville, Florida and have continued my passion for cooking and raising fresh ingredient to use in my farm to table & private dining experiences.
I now have the joy of shepherding the whole process of cultivating food in its original environment with an eye towards impacting taste and the pleasures of eating. Having the opportunity to raise what I serves has given me a special energy and passion for creating unique experiences and memories for my customers.
MY SERVICES
I specialize in pop-up events, farm-to-table cooking, and fine dining multi-course events. All of the experiences I produce are either public ticketed events or I can create custom private events for my clients as well. Every menu is unique and developed largely depending on the ingredients that are prime and available at the local farms I source my ingredient from locally. For my private clients, the goal is to create a custom menu and experience curated towards your specific needs. I believe in collaboration and having in mind the products and preferences so I can develop a menu tailored to every individual client.I work with a group of professionals that have a clear goal: to celebrate and create a unique culinary experience!
